In an action to recover damages, inter alia, for medical malpractice, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Peter C. Patsalos, J.), dated February 6, 1995, which denied his motion to renew a prior motion to amend the complaint.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
