This cause came on for consideration on Plaintiffs’ Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and/or Preliminary Injunction (Doc. 3, filed November 13, 2000).
Plaintiffs, registered voters in Brevard County, Florida, have sued the members of the County Canvassing Boards of Counties of Volusia, Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade, the members of the Florida Elections Canvassing Commission, and the Secretary of the Florida Department of State.
