This suit originated in the Circuit Court of Pettis County by the filing of her petition therein by the plaintiff on the twenty-third day of March, 1933. The defendant is an insurance association organized and existing under the laws of Nebraska and lawfully engaged in the health and accident insurance business in the State of Missouri. On the eighteenth day of February, 1924, the defendant issued its certain policy of insurance to one Andrew J. Muller at the city of Atlanta in the State of Missouri by which, for a consideration therein expressed, it insured the life of the said Andrew J.…
