This is an action for personal injuries and property damage resulting from a collision on a highway between a farm wagon which plaintiff owned and in which he was ricling'and an automobile driven by defendant. A trial of the Cause in the circuit court resulted in a judgment in favor of plaintiff and against defendant for $9,000. The cause comes here on defendant’s appeal.
