Appellant, Dyrong God-his R. bold, appeals conviction for capital murder from the Garland County Circuit Court. He alleges that the trial court committed three reversible errors in rulings it made adverse to him. We disagree and affirm the trial court’s rulings.

James Rogers was found dead early on September 21, 1997, apparently from stab wounds. Police discovered the deceased’s pickup truck later the same day.
