The action was brought by the plaintiff to recover of the defendant the sum of $500, with interest since June 1, 1924, the said sum being claimed by the plaintiff to be rental of premises leased by the plaintiff to the defendant, for the month of June, 1924. Both the plaintiff and defendant are domestic corporations.
