ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT OF CLASS ACTION
ZATKOFF, Chief Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion for Final Approval of Settlement in this class action and Application of Plaintiffs’ Counsel for an Award of Attorneys’ Fees and Reimbursement of Expenses. The Court gave preliminary approval to the settlement agreement on January 31, 2000. On May 22, 2000, a fairness hearing was conducted.
