Centennial Management Services, Inc. (“CMS”), the sole shareholder of Centennial Life Insurance Company (“CLIO”), an insurer, filed this action against CLIC’s reinsurers, Axa Re Vie, Axa Reassurance, S.A. and Axa Re Life Insurance Company (collectively “Axa”) asserting various contract and tort claims arising out of Axa’s purported breach of certain reinsurance agreements with CLIC and related alleged misconduct.
