This is an action of trespass on the case for negligence, brought by the plaintiff to recover damages sustained by her by reason of an injury received while a passenger on a train of the defendant. The case was tried before a justice of the Superior Court and a jury, on June 20th, 1910, and succeeding days, resulting in a verdict for the plaintiff for the sum of $2,000.00.
