The plaintiff was involved in a two car collision. His car crossed the center line of the roadway, striking a car being driven in the opposite direction, thereby killing two of that car’s occupants. After a hearing, pursuant to General Statutes § 14-111 (c),1 *91the plaintiff was found to have caused or contributed to the deaths, and the defendant commissioner of motor vehicles suspended the plaintiffs license. The trial court dismissed the appeal from that determination.
