J. — Appellant Laurel Belnap, widow of Wood-ruff Belnap, seeks widow's pension benefits under the Industrial Insurance Act following the death of her husband as the result of an automobile accident on October 24, 1985. In February 1986, the Department of Labor and Industries rejected the claim, finding that Mr. Belnap was not in the course of his employment with The Boeing Company at the time of the fatal accident.
