The Civil Service Commission, after a hearing, entered an order affirming the layoff of petitioner from his position of foreman, streets and sewers, Township of North Bergen, and directing that his name be placed *332upon, a reemployment list for certification and appointment to the position of foreman, streets and sewers, or any comparable position in the Township of North Bergen, as vacancies occur. The petitioner appeals.
