Philip A. Riposo (“Debtor”) moves the Court for dismissal of the complaint of Prudential-Bache Securities, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) due to improper service. The Debtor further moves for summary judgment on that portion of Plaintiff’s complaint objecting to his discharge.
