Poinsettia Dairy Products, Inc. v. the Wessel Co.

The Poinsettia Dairy Products, Inc., entered into a contract with the Wessel Company whereby the latter was, over a period of thirty-two weeks, to advertise the dairy products of the former. The contract was to have been executed simultaneously with their similar contracts with other corporations in the dairy business throughout the nation.
