Plaintiffs, the parents of Joseph Murphy, seek to invoke the stay-put provision of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA” or the “Act”), 20 U.S.C. § 1415®, and to establish the Kil-donan School (“Kildonan”) as Joseph’s current educational placement. Plaintiffs also seek funding for their son’s tuition at Kil-donan from the Defendant Arlington Central School District Board of Education (“District”).
