“An appeal shall lie to the superior court-from-any decision made by the court of ordinary, except an order-appointing a temporary administrator” (Code, § 6-201); and this-includes a right of appeal from a judgment on a caveat or objections to the return of appraisers setting apart a year’s support,, which right likewise is expressly recognized by section 113-1005-relating to the return of the appraisers.
