delivered the opinion of the court:
The director of the Cook County Department of Public Aid filed a petition in the Juvenile Court alleging that a two-year-old child named Mario Davis was not receiving proper care because of the mental illness of his mother. After a hearing, the child was placed in the temporaiy custody of the Division of Child Welfare, Department of Children and Family Services of the State of Illinois.
