I. STATEMENT OF THE CASE

This is an action for judicial review of a termination assessment of income tax against plaintiff Charles D. Bremson, Jr. 1 Plaintiff is under indictment in the District of Kansas, along with fourteen other defendants, for conspiracy to distribute controlled substances. Those charges are currently pending.
