This suit was brought in the chancery court of Shelby county by complainant, a corporation owning some thirty to forty grocery stores in Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Kentucky, against the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, hereinafter called the surety company, and S. M. Williamson & Company, Incorporated, hereinafter called the agency company, to recover the sum of $911.98 claimed to be due by reason of the default of one *612Siler, wlio was manager of complainant’s store at Jackson, Tenn.
