I. Background.
On October 11, 2004, the Plaintiff, Sam Alba, filed this age discrimination action pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq. and the PHRA, 43 P.S. § 951, et seq. (Doc. 1). An Amended Complaint was filed by the Plaintiff on January 10, 2005. (Doc. 11). The Defendants, Pitt-ston Housing Authority (“PHA”), and Andrea Grigas, Supervisor of PHA, filed their Answer to Plaintiffs amended pleading on February 2, 2005. (Doc. 16).
