On September 30, 2002, the court entered an order requiring Charlie Anderson, We the People Document Services, and We the People Forms & Service Centers, USA, Inc. to show cause. In re Moore, 283 B.R. 852 (Bankr.E.D.N.C.2002). A hearing took place in Raleigh, North Carolina on November 20, 2002, and the parties requested an opportunity to submit post-hearing briefs.
