This is an action to recover $5,000 in damages for negligence resulting in the collision of a Ford roadster with a Dodge sedan and in personal injuries to plaintiff. The accident occurred about 11 o’clock at night November 7, 1929, at Forty-sixth and Farnam streets, Omaha.. Plaintiff was then a passenger in the sedan and defendant Harris was driving the roadster which was owned by his employer, the American Credit Corporation, also a defendant.
