I. O. Parker and Mrs. Cecelia Sisson were rival candidates for the office of School Board member from Ward 4 of the parish of Franklin at the Democratic *713white primary election held on September 14, 1926.
The commissioners of election made their returns to the Democratic Executive Committee to be canvassed and promulgated according to „law.
