Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Sullivan County, rendered June 18, 1973, upon a verdict convicting defendant, of the crime of robbery in the second degree. On this appeal defendant urges that he was deprived of his right to counsel and that his right against self incrimination was violated in contravention of the Fifth, Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments. We find no merit in either of these contentions.
