This case presents an issue of first impression: whether incarceration for a parole violation that was later held unconstitutional by a state court tolls the defendant’s period of supervised release under 18 U.S.C. § 3624. Defendanb-Ap- pellant Benjamin Duane Jackson (“Jackson”) appeals the district court’s judgment holding that his prior incarceration tolled his supervised release and thereby extended the period he must submit to supervised release. We AFFIRM.
