Fred C. Prichard and R. H. Williams, trustees, prosecute this writ from a judgment of the circuit court of Kanawha county affirming the action of the county court of said county in refusing the release from taxation certain properties held by them for. the use, benefit and advantage of the Board of Trustees of Prichard School, a corporation.
