This is an appeal from an order of the Ramsey County District Court denying plaintiff’s motion for a new trial in an action brought to remove a mechanics lien and to recover damages for breach of contract. Defendants counterclaimed for damages and sought foreclosure of their mechanics lien. The work involved architectural services in the remodeling of a motel and the construction of a restaurant facility.
