MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER OF REMAND
SPELLMAN, District Judge.
This mortgage foreclosure case began its misdirected path to this Court in the Circuit Court for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Dade County, Florida. On September 11, 1984, Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago (“Continental”) filed suit, seeking to foreclose a mortgage and other security interests. 1 Although the Complaint named The Four Ambassadors and over twenty other parties as Defendants, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) was not at all mentioned.
