|2On June 11, 2004, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information charging defendant, Thomas J. Cooper, with operation of a motor vehicle while intoxicated (“DWI”), fourth offense, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:98(E). Defendant failed to appear for arraignment on September 9, 2004, and an attachment for his arrest was issued. On June 17, 2010, defendant appeared in court and pled not guilty to the charge.
