We are of the opinion that the decree, so far as it relates to the claim of the First National Bank of Chicago and of Beveridge, Bickords & Co., is correct. No question is made that when the warehouse receipts held by these parties were issued, E. A. Schoyer & Co. had in store in the warehouses issuing them the packages of tea and coffee therein mentioned, nor that said receipts were duly assigned to said parties by E. A.
