BRETT, Judge.
Laverne Calhoun, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was convicted in the district court of Bryan County on a charge of conjoint robbery by force, and on December IS, 1964 was sentenced to serve five years in the state penitentiary for such crime, in keeping with the verdict of the jury. Appeal has been perfected to this court.
The information in this case charged that one Anderson Bully and this defendant on July 19, 1964 committed the crime of robbery by force.
