This is the second appeal from judgment and verdict in favor of the defendant — 52 S. C., 472. The action was for the recovery of real property. The plaintiffs claimed under a sheriff’s deed, dated March 21st, 1895, made pursuant to execution sale on judgment entered against J. W. Wells, the defendant’s husband, on October 30, 1891. In support of her claim of title, the defendant introduced a deed to her by said J. W. Wells, dated May 18, 1891, probated June 30th, 1893, and recorded July 1st, 1893.
