INTRODUCTION

In her complaint, plaintiff Linn Haddad (“Haddad”) alleges she was wrongfully terminated from her position as Chief Assessor for the City of Beverly in retaliation for her refusal to undervalue a certain property and for disclosing her employer’s alleged attempts to undervalue the property.
