MEMORANDUM OPINION

MICHAEL, District Judge.

This is a sex discrimination cause of action brought by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC” or “Commission”) on behalf of Christina M. Be-sares, against the defendant, FLC & Brothers Rebel, Inc. (“FLC”). This court has jurisdiction over this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331,1337,1343, and 1345 (1982).
