THIS ACTION was brought by Plaintiff Karen Ross, against her former employer The Twenty-Four Collection, Inc. (“The Twenty-Four Collection”), and its President, Charles Goldstein, alleging a violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. (1982).
