Overruling the motion of the defendant to dissolve injunction.

The relief sought by the plaintiffs in this action in equity was an injunction to compel the removal by the defendant of a garage and septic tank constituting, as alleged in the petition, unlawfull obstructions preventing plaintiffs’ free use of a passway, owned by them as an easement leading to their lot over that of defendant to an adjacent street.
