Plaintiff, Anthony Carlini, appeals from an order of the Macomb county circuit court dated July 11, 1966, granting defendant, United States Rubber Company, a summary judgment.

In his complaint, plaintiff alleges that he was an employee of the defendant and that the defendant in 1958 had in effect a “suggestion plan” by which an employee submitting ideas that resulted in savings to the defendant would be rewarded.
