The respondent commenced an action against the appellant in said circuit court to recover damages for alleged malpractice as a surgeon and physician. The complaint contains the usual allegations of negligence and unskillfulness charged in such cases, which are denied in the answer, and the denials followed by a statement claimed to be the facts concerning the affair.
