MEMORANDUM OPINION ON MOTION OF FREDRIC J. SPENCER FOR APPROVAL OF SUBROGATION CLAIM

INTRODUCTION

The debtor was a small Illinois manufacturer. Claimant, Fredric J. Spencer was an officer of debtor, and is represented by debtor’s counsel. He filed a Proof of Claim, alleging that he was entitled to $27,-865.79 from debtor when the case was filed in 1982.
