MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

SPRIZZO, District Judge.

Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c)(3), plaintiff Alfred Gonzalez (“Gonzalez”) brings this action challenging the final determination of defendant Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“Commissioner”) that he was not disabled prior to June 1, 1989, and thus not entitled to Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) disability benefits at any time prior to that date.
