D efendant Vincent Turner was convicted of three counts of felony murder and other offenses in connection with the death of Lovett Strozier. He appeals, arguing the sufficiency of the evidence, the trial court’s refusal to instruct the jury on involuntary manslaughter, and a sentencing error. For the reasons below, we affirm in part and vacate and remand in part.
Construing the evidence in the light most favorable to the verdict, we find the following:
