Spencer Jenkins was convicted in May 1998 for the malice murder of Lorenzo Pope, who died as a result of multiple stab wounds inflicted by appellant. Appellant was sentenced to life imprisonment. He appeals from the denial of his motion for new trial.
1. The jury was authorized to find that appellant and Pope resided in adjoining duplexes on Atlas Street in Macon, Georgia.
