Appellants were tried together and convicted of possession of cocaine. Each now appeals from the judgment entered on the jury’s verdict.
The following facts could be adduced from the evidence presented at trial. Using an informant as an intermediary, an undercover police officer made arrangements to purchase a kilogram (2.2 lb.) of cocaine from appellant Hoskens. After meeting Hoskens at a Delk Road motel, the undercover officer and Hoskens proceeded to the Best Western Motel on Interstate 20 to rendezvous with people arriving from Alabama for the deal.
