CHADICK, Chief Justice.
This is a suit for damages for breach of contract. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
The plaintiff, Sands Motel, instituted an action against the defendant, Paul Har-grave, to collect $5,656.00 as damage the motel alleged it suffered by reason of Har-grave’s breach of a contract to furnish and install plumbing and heating equipment according to certain plans and specifications agreed upon by the parties in an annex to the motel.
