—In a negligence action to recover damages for *332personal injuries, the defendants appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Ruskin, J.), entered August 5, 1988, as denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
The plaintiff, who weighed approximately 275 pounds on the date of the accident, was injured at the defendants’ premises while helping the defendant George Dixon to remove his belongings from the defendants’ 1 Vi-story home. The accident…
