In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Reilly, J.), entered July 22, 2013, as granted that branch of the defendants’ motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the cause of action alleging a violation of General Municipal Law § 205-e, and the defendants cross-appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of the same order as denied that branch of their motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the cause of action alleging negligence.
