Defendant, Marie E. Duffey, was charged in the court of common pleas of Oklahoma county with the crime of “maintaining a bawdy house”; was tried, convicted, sentenced to pay a fine of f 100, and has appealed.
Defendant filed a motion to suppress the evidence, which was as follows (omitting the caption) :
