Upon the settlement of the order based on the former opinion filed by the court there were present, in addition to the attorneys for the respective parties, the Attorney General and the Superintendent of Insurance, both in person, who presented to the court a condition of affairs brought about by them because of such opinion (62 Misc. Rep. 403, 115 N. Y. Supp. 950) as to persuade the court to file this supplemental memorandum.
