Respondent was injured in an industrial accident and filed a claim for compensation with the Montana Workers’ Compensation Division. Thereafter, a dispute arose between respondent and appellants concerning the nature and extent of respondent’s resulting disability. A hearing was held before a division hearing examiner on July 25, 1974. On November 26, 1974, an order awarding compensation was entered by the administrator of the division, which order awarded respondent permanent total disability benefits and a lump sum advance of $7,500.
