Affirming.

The Farmers Bank of Wickliffe was organized with a capital stock of $15,000. Mrs. L. M. Turner held eight shares of stock- each of the par value of $100. The bank failed and Mrs. Turner brought this suit against appellants who were the directors of the bank to recover for the loss of her stock by reason of violations of law by the *572directors in the conduct of the hank, in this, that they permitted O.
